Dryland Wilds uses a third party delivery service (United States Postal Service) for delivery of purchased goods. If an item is damaged during shipping, we are not responsible. USPS shipping times stated on this website are estimates and Dryland Wilds is not responsible for late delivery due to USPS delay. If you qualify for free shipping, USPS shipping method (First Class, Priority, Retail Ground) will be decided by us, regardless of customer's shipping selection.
Dryland Wilds botanical soaps are intended for use as a soap only. Botanical balms and oils are intended for cosmetic use only and are not intended to treat or cure any disease or skin condition. Customer testimonies regarding the healing properties or benefits of our products are solely their opinion. Any statement about the attributes of our products has not been evaluated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Botanical extracts are potent and many can have contraindications during pregnancy. We recommend that you don’t use our products if you’re pregnant and that you check in with your physician, herbalist or healthcare provider about the products you do use. As with all skin care products, keep away from your eyes and discontinue if rash or irritation occurs. Use at your own risk.
If you have a known allergy to a certain plant, please contact us at drylandwilds@gmail.com and we will let you know if that plant is featured anywhere in our products. If you have extreme sensitivity issues, we recommend that you first test our product on your inner forearm and wait 30 minutes to see if it is a good match for you. We do our best to keep our fragrance free products separate from our scented products, but we cannot guarantee that our fragrance free products are completely free of scent.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Therefore, we ask that you periodically check our website for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
