We want you to love our products, so if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Any damages or mistakes with your order should be addressed within 7 days of receiving it.

Payments for wild walks and workshops are non-refundable, though they may be transferred to another person. If workshop is cancelled by us for any reason, full refund will be issued.
